GO BULLDOGS! BEAT THE AIREDALES! FBLA Week February 11-15! Last day for Guess the Kisses begins during A & B Lunch. There will be a large jar of kisses with an undisclosed amount of various flavors of Hersheys kisses. Any student, not just FBLA members may guess how many kisses are in the jar. The winner will be announced on Friday. Guesses are 25 cents each. FBLA Pink or Red Day! FBLA helpers will be out throughout the day to bring prizes to FBLA members wearing pink or red. Students should check with Ms. Williams in the Media Center to see if you have ordered a yearbook. Deadline to order February 21, 2013. Students interested in signing up for the Jr. High Bulldog Track team should sign up in the office. See Coach Dean if you have any questions. Junior High Tennis practice begins Monday, February 18 from 3:30 5:00. Any 8th or 9th grade student interested in playing tennis should go to the tennis courts on Feb 18 or call Coach Ben Anderson at 479-4614648. Applications for Athletic Trainer available in the office. Completed applications must be returned by February 20, 2013. See Mrs. McBride for more information. FCA Friday in Room 1 7:30 a.m. See Coach Williams for details. The NJHS will sponsor a Talent Show on February 21, @ 8:15 AM in the PAC. There will be a brief practice on the afternoon of Wednesday, February 20, after school. This will allow for sound checks and set-up. Cost to students is $1. Participants in the Talent Show will not be required to pay. Winners will receive cash awards of $25, $15, and $10 respectively. All acts are filled for the talent show. New Slush Puppie machine in the cafeteria. Slushes are $1 Please check out http://www.donorschoose.org/kara.c for an opportunity to give to a grant for Soul Surfer for 8th grade English Quiz Bowl practice Tuesday February 19.
