Prawn Curry Ingredients 500g prawns (washed, cleaned and deveined and sauted in a little oil) cup oil

l 3 medium tomatoes grated 2 green chillies 1 medium onion chopped teaspoon tumeric powder 2 teaspoon freshly grated coconut 1 teaspoon crushed ginger garlic salt to taste 1 teaspoon chilli powder teaspoon jeera teaspoon garam masala Method Heat oil in pot and add onions, greem chillies, jeera and tumeric. Add tomatoe with all other ingredients and braise for 5 minutes. Add prawns and allow to cook for 7 to 10 minutes. Garnish as desired.
