In my previous position as Assistant Director of Residence Life at The Club at Chandler Crossings, it was my pleasure to work with Taylor and have her as a part of our team. As part of her formal responsibilities as a Community Assistant, Taylor was responsible for developing relationships and monitoring up to 50 residents at a time. Her warm yet professional demeanor is always evident in her interactions with her residents. Taylor was also responsible for creating, facilitating and implementing an original community event each month. Working within a specific time frame, Taylor showed great care and diligence for her events, displaying great ability specifically in marketing her events and positively influencing attendance and awareness. As a Community Assistant, Taylor consistently displayed deft understanding and knowledge of the community. Working within a group of 10 Community Assistants, Taylor demonstrated great leadership, optimism and a strong work ethic. Her ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency is a testament to her attention to detail and coordination.
