Primary Responsibilities a) Metrics Management: i) Preparing MIS around key metrics related to attrition, costs, headcount growt h and

key initiatives/developments including data analysis and summarization ii) Collating and recording business unit growth requirements iii) Preparing and updating material in preparation for various management meeti ngs such as monthly infrastructure, operational risk, business unit meetings etc including tracking minutes and following up on deliverables b) Research: i) Updating competitor information ii) Tracking all relevant news articles related to the global offshoring industr y iii) Working closely with the Events, Charity and other committees to provide a global overview of initiatives and events that can be shared cross location as w ell as provide a central coordination point for the marketing and administration of global projects iv) Liaising with the regional teams on BCP, information security and other risk related matters to ensure coordination of approach and synchronization with glo bal BCM approach, and when needed, following up with the concerned business unit s on ensuring action points v) Tracking various actions/ deliverables on calendar basis and prompting for ne cessary actions on due dates vi) Standardization of various reporting templates across sites, to the extent t hat it makes sense.
