DE CALIDAD PROCESS MANAGMENT

Introduction
Throughout the years, companies have looked for different organizational structures in order to keep on the market. In the past, the most common structure was the pyramidal. Unfortunately, that structure lefts behind the relation between the areas of the company. For that reason, workers used to focus on just one task without understanding the contribution that it had to the final product. Furthermore, that organization had a lot of hierarchical levels which reduce companies flexibility and responsiveness to the clients demands.

Nowadays, organizational structures have been changed to more flat structures and process oriented, because this overcomes the task fragmentation grouping then under the same framework. One process can involve people of different areas. This helps the leaders to follow the relations between the areas and the traceability of the processes.

PROCESS MANAGEMENT
It is a form of organization that bases its operations on process optimization. For this reason, the structure, analyzed and questioned. In addition, this management system enables organizations to focus on the needs of both external and internal customers. Note that this organization facilitates and encourages teamwork because the processes usually involve activities that must be performed by persons of different areas. This, in turn, facilitates the monitoring and / or traceability of the processes. Finally, we can say that this system facilitates the tracking of tasks to delegate power and responsibility to the perpetrators and not the managers. Everything is done based on the cycle Plan, Do, Check and Act (P-D-C -A).
