~ Our Love Story ~

Upon the day before Christmas, one year (and a bit) heretofore, The glorious summer morn beckoned as the bronze winged pigeons sung their soft humdrum bellows. Up the hill, in a little wooden cabin, there lived a kindhearted maiden with long dark tresses. Twas on this day that a good-willed gentleman of tall measure and a well groomed 'tash', greeted her in her garden. He came bearing gifts of cookies and a jovial disposition She brewed a pot of tea for them to share. A delightful stroll together through the enchanted valley surrounding the cabin proceeded. Following their first charming encounter with each other, a wondrous period of courtship commenced between the two. The sweet couple's fondness and affections grew for one another, and henceforth, blossomed into deep eternal love. In this current year of 2013, on the 8th day of the Valentine month, a magical occurrence transpired... The kindhearted maiden accompanied the good-willed gentleman on a journey to a place very dear to both of their hearts- 'Second Valley'. There the pair of lovers sauntered across the golden coloured hilltops covered with tall, dry, grasses, which swayed with the breeze. They meandered along the narrow pathways, overlooking miles of voluptuous hills and rugged, stone cliffs along the picturesque coastline.

The warm sunlight shone brightly, and glistened upon the calm blue seas like millions of sparkling white jewels. They then stumbled upon two unassuming trees standing side by side, perched high on the peak of a bare hilltop.

Observing that the trees had been thoughtfully entwined with rope around their trunks, and also noting the tracks imprinted on the ground, it was obvious to the maiden and gentleman that a wedding had taken place here once.

The pair of Lovers were imagining and conversing over how beautiful that wedding must have been... And in that moment, all became a perfect, surreal, dream! Regarding the serendipity of this place they had just discovered, the good-willed gentleman began to take a tissue out from his back pocket. At first he kindhearted maiden was confused by the oddity of his act. Until, all of a sudden, she realized that there was something very special wrapped inside. The good-willed gentleman revealed a precious ring, and asked the kindhearted maiden for her hand in marriage!... And of course, she replied with a wholehearted, absolute, "YES!!!" Both of their dreams had come true. ...However, this romantic tale does not just end here, As it is far too worthy of mentioning that this was no ordinary engagement ring given to the maiden from the gentleman. Indeed, this was a ring of deep thought, care, finicky effort, and true meaning. You see, the good-willed gentleman had lovingly and tenderly handmade this ring for the kindhearted maiden from one of his very own fine BANJO STRINGS! And so, as the music in their souls flow together in song, A wondrous and harmonious new chapter in their story begins!
