Fusion Experience- Things to Know

What is Fusion Experience?


Fusion Experience is a free application powered by Puffin Web Browser, a CloudMosa, Inc. product. You can download from the iTunes App Store that makes it possible to access the main features of the Fusion MLS system from your iPad. Fusion Experience on your iPad looks the same as Fusion on your computer, only smaller.

Getting Started
1. Before you begin, note that you need an iPad running IOS 5 or later to use Fusion Experience. You can upgrade your iPad to this operating system through iTunes. After you have updated to the latest version, sync your iPad with your computer. 2. Go to the App Store on your iPad and search for Fusion Experience. Click the FREE link and then, click Install to download and install it. 3. Once you have installed the app, click the Fusion Experience icon to open the program. Then, select Florida. 4. Select My Florida Regional MLS from the list to be taken to the login screen where you can login with your MLS ID and password. 5. Once you have installed the app on your iPad, click the Fusion Experience icon to open the program. Then, select Florida. 6. Select My Florida Regional MLS from the list to be taken to the login screen where you can login with your MLS ID and password.

7. Please remember to click the Sign out link in the upper right hand corner of Fusion when you are finished using the program. If you do not use the Sign out link in Fusion, you may receive an error Exceeded log in limit and you will have to log into MLXchange, click the Sign out link in the upper right hand corner before you will be able to log into the Fusion Experience on your iPad.

How to Navigate Fusion Experience Because Fusion is designed to be used with a mouse, we recommend using the apps built-in mouse for navigation. (Click HERE to view screen shots of how to use the mouse in Fusion.) The mouse icon at the bottom left corner lets you navigate the system as if you were using a mouse or laptop track pad. Tap this icon to display the on-screen mouse pad, and then move your finger on the pad to control the mouse cursor. To click with the mouse cursor, tap the mouse pad with your finger. To reposition the mouse pad, tap and drag its title bar. Tap the mouse icon again to turn off the mouse padyou can use the mouse pad and traditional navigation methods interchangeably. To move the map around while searching, you will need to use two fingers in the onscreen mouse pad. To zoom in/out on the map, you have to use the mouse pad and not your finger. To draw a shape on the map, you cannot drag your finger, but, you will need to click and release, using the mouse pad. You can scroll and use drag and drop controls with the mouse pad. To scroll, place the mouse cursor on the scroll bar, and then slowly drag up or down on the mouse pad using two fingers. Tap the keyboard icon in the bottom right corner of the screen to display or hide the on-screen keyboard. When entering data, use the Next key to move to the next field. If you need to refresh the screen, tap the middle icon at the bottom of the screen and then choose Refresh from the list.

Unavailable Features
Please be aware that certain Fusion features are not yet available via Fusion Experience, including: Uploading photos The Report Editor Printing Right-click options Importing or exporting data and images CMA, Schedule, Agent Web Page

Navigation and Keyboard Things to Know


In order to log in, you will need to manually bring the keyboard up by clicking on the icon in the lower right hand corner. In order to access ShowingTime, you will need to use the link on the left of the Listing Details screen or the pop up window in the Results screen and this will open a separate tab to view the available programs. The icon in the report will not work. When typing in a field, you will notice a delay. Just continue typingyour text will still be entered without a problem. You cannot use the mouse cursor outside of the framed window however you will be able to use your finger. If you open new tabs, you can only close them by tapping the X with your finger.

The keyboard will sometimes be displayed on top of a field you want to type in. You can use the scrollbar or your finger to scroll up/down the page to see the field or simply keep typingthe text will be entered without a problem even if you cant see it. Fusion Experience may not be compatible with all external keyboards. If you receive an error message and cannot log into Fusion, please close down the Fusion Experience App by clicking the home button to get back to the desktop. Then, double click the Home button to bring up All apps that are currently running and hold your finger on the Fusion Experience icon for two seconds, then, tap the X to close the app.

When clicking the tax menu or the tax id link within a listing detail report, iMapp will open as a new tab. In order to access Down Payment Resource, you will need to use the link on the left of the Listing Details screen or the pop up window in the Results screen and this will open a separate tab to view the available programs. The icon in the report will not work The 14 Res Customer Rateplug report does not yet include the Rateplug information. In order to access Settings, you must hover the mouse pointer over the menu, using the mouse pad.

Do not click on the links on the log in screen because you will be unable to access the log in screen and will need to close down the app. If you lose your internet connection, the app will reset to the Home screen. You will not be able to see the mouse icon and must close, then, reopen your mouse pad. The Message of the Day will be blank and you will need to close the window to access the Fusion home page. Only seven browser tabs will display on the screen at one time.
