Goal 1: Access and Equity
Increase number of schools meeting overall API goals and subgroup goals Reduce Disproportionate Special Education referral for African American Students ELL Students Reclassified Improve rates of reclassification of ELL students who gained at least one proficiency level (using Annual Measureable Achievement Objective 1 targets set by state) Reduce suspensions of African American and Latino students. Increase Instructional Time: Reduce the number of unduplicated suspensions of African American and Latino students.

SFUSD Preschool students ready for Kindergarten Increase number of students meeting standards in ELA and Math (Proficient and Advanced) All students meeting standards in Algebra 1 (Proficient and Advanced) All 10 graders passing CAHSEE in ELA and Math SFUSD students graduating UC/ CSU eligible (Stated definition: A-G courses with a grade of C or better) Increase Students at Proficient Level on CST/ELA State Assessments Increase overall 4-year graduation rate Decrease chronic absenteeism for all students

School Climate: Students always feel safe at school. Student Engagement: Students are in courses that are engaging and challenging. Family Engagement: Parents are actively participating in school related functions and have frequent communication between home and school in their native language. Family Engagement: Parents have access to parenting resources, educational resources, and adult educational opportunities in their native language. Family Engagement: District staff respects and values my childs home language and culture
