Quick reminder of what is the enlightenment.

Scientific successes convinced educated Europeans of the power of human reason. Natural law, or rules discoverable by reason, govern scientific forces such as gravity and magnetism. Why not, then, use natural law to better understand social, economic, and political problems?

Listed below is a table you must complete outlining a handful of the philosophers of the enlightenment, their basic views, a work they produced. The first two philosophers that we discussed in class have been completed for you. Complete the chart and then answer the questions on the back
