Supplied Product / RoHS/ RoHS-2 Compliance We hereby confirm that cables produced and supplied by Teldor Cables and Systems Ltd. are in full compliance with DIRECTIVE 2011/65/EU, on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS-2) as of January 1st 2013. As of January 26th 2006 Teldor cables fully comply with the European Union Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS). As the requirements of 2002/95/EC (RoHS) and 2011/65/EU (RoHS-2) are identical, all Teldor products are in effect in full compliance with 2011/65/EU (RoHS-2). All applicable and necessary actions required of suppliers and internal operational processes to verify full compliance to DIRECTIVE 2011/65/EU have been taken and documented in accordance with ISO 9001:2008. Teldor Cables are RoHS-2 compliant. Only following a specific and written customer request/confirmation will Teldor use materials that are not RoHS-2 compliant.
