CHEESE SAUCE (MICROWAVE)

Ingredients 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon plain flour (maida) 2 tablespoons grated cheese 1 teacup milk salt and pepper to taste Method 1. 2. 3. 4. Put the butter in a glass bowl and microwave on HIGH for about 10 seconds. Add the flour and microwave on HIGH for 20 seconds, stirring once in-between after 10 seconds. Add the milk and cheese and microwave on HIGH for about 20 seconds. Do not boil. Add salt and pepper.
