The compliance to the Inspection Report made on your goodself visit to Mundra TPP
on 09.07.2008 and 10.07.2008 is as under:
1.The report No. is same for Grade M35 and M40 because the system calls for
it.Same number is generated for samples tested on the same day of same party.
2.Mix design report based on CCS at the age of 28 days is in our records.
3. Mix design is purely based on constituents - cement , fine and coarse aggregates ,
water and admixture. Copy is scanned and forwarded for your kind perusal please.
4.In the CTM being used for CCS of cubes safety switch is fitted at 80 % of the
capacity therefore the calibration is carried out only up to 80 % range to protect the
gauge and instrument .The calibration up to 80% is sufficient to our requirements of
FQA
