    the 11th Congress by Sen. Blanche Lincoln [D-AR]1 and supported and championed by Michelle Obama.

    Local schools wishing to receive federal subsidies must adhere to the new nutritional and pricing guidelines mandated by the federal government, the bills sponsor, and Congress.
