Control measures/actions to minimise hazards: 1. Make sure all surfaces are clear and anything on the floor is moved out of the models pathway. 2. Allow model to regular food/drink breaks. 3. Not to take any photos where the weather is affecting the models performance or lighting is affecting their sight. 4. Instruct models to listen carefully to any instructions or advice given by the photographer.

Models and photographers are both needed to sign this risk assessment, please read and sign this contract if you are happy with the document before the photo shoot can go ahead.
