Aloo Gobhi Recipe

Things youll need:


(Serves Two)

4 tbsp 2x 4-5 x 2 tsp 1-2 tbsp 1-2 tsp 1-3 tsp 2x 1c c

Mustard oil Red onion Garlic clove Black pepper Salt, to taste Turmeric Ground cumin Potato Cauliflower Green peas

Instructions: 1) In a medium-sized kadhai (wok), heat the mustard oil over a high heat. If unrefined, allow to refine and smoke lightly. 2) As the oil heats, grind onion and garlic into a smooth paste. 3) Add the onion and garlic to the kadhai. 4) Add black pepper. Stir until brown. 5) Add potatoes, cauliflower, and peas. 6) Add salt and turmeric. 7) Cover with water, cover, and let the vegetables soak in the water. 8) Before taking out, add ground cumin and stir for approximately one minute. 9) Remove and serve immediately, or set aside in a hot plate until serving time.
