    Subject:- Application for grant of permanent Residence certificate Esteemed sir, Most humbly and respectfully I have the honour to request that I am in need of permanent Residence certificate in this connection I submit as follows:1. That I am permanent resident of Jammu & Kashmir state. 2. That or any parents/ ancestors have neither migrated nor acquired the citizenship of any foreign country/state temporary or permanently before or since 1942 (BIK) 3. That I have neither applied nor obtained the permanent residence certificate so for. 4. That I or any authorized has neither applied for nor obtained the permanent residence Certificate on behalf of the said applicant / minor namely .. 5. That I am permanently residing at village Therefore I request to your good self that the permanent Residence Certificate may be issued in favour of the said minor /applicant and oblige Yours faithfully.
