Pre Bids Preparation 2. RF Site Survey 3. RF Planning, System designing, Preparation of final BOQ, vendor developments. 4. Supervise and inspection on Civil Site Preparation, Tower erection. 1. Site Preparation works: -checking at reception of the equipment on the site in compliance with the packing list. Preparation of as built plan and materials and tools requisition. Start preparation work in shelter. Power Distribution Panel installation, indoors and out door grounding. Installation. Cable tray installation indoor and out door. Making daily works reports for works carried out by crew at site. Antenna system installation works:-Installing and fixing the antenna system on tower with antenna support. Laying and connecting the feeders, accessories and TMA. Test and performing measurement with SITE MASTER S331D.Filling the antenna system report file. Site installation works:-Installing and fixing the equipments in conformity with contractual documentation and drawing. Cabling and labeling the cable. Installation of line distribution frame. Power and grounding cabling. System on site tests works: - as per installation documentation switch on and testing. Updating site configuration file. Filing the acceptance file after power on test. Final hand over the site: -Preparation of site completion file. Making invoicing for all the completed works.
