for partners of ADF members who are new to Defence or recently posted into the area. This workshop will: Help you to understand your reactions (Physical, Thoughts, Emotional and Behavioural) to changes and transitions as part of the military lifecycle. Provide a chance for you to share your experiences and ideas with others about the challenges and opportunities of the military lifestyle. Provide some tips and strategies to help you better manage the military lifestyle.
This workshop will be interactive so please wear comfortable clothing!
