NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises, Associa-
‘tion and Owners hereby amend the Declaration as follows
1. Exhibit "B" of the Declaration, as amended by the First Amend-
ment and Second Amendment, is hereby further amonded by deleting
page 2 therefrom and substituting therefor as page 2 the drawings attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference. The improve-
monts constructed or to be constructed as shown in set attached Exhibit
(hereinafter referred to as the “Improvements”) shall (a) be e part of
the Condominium property, (b) be a part of the common elements of the
Condominium, and (c) be appurtenant to each of the units in the Condo-
minium in accordance with each such unit's undivided interest in the
common

Declaration.
2. Owners and Association agroo that at such time as the Improve-
ments are completed, Associ

until lawfully further amended In accordance with its terms.

Third Amendment to Declaration of Condominium to be duly executed as of
the day and year first above written.
