    Objective
    Objective of this document is to make you understand and identify both different hardware P275 models and to order its correct part or update tablet software to compatible version.

    Hardware identification
    1) New hardware P275 is having marking sticker mentioning (V5.0BOE) on back panel, Flash IC

    on Main PCB and LCD as well, shown in below images.

    Image 3 : V5.0BOE sticker on LCD panel 2) While order any spare part for P275, please check & verify its hardware version by seeing above stated V5.0BOE stickers, same code will be mentioned in part description also (In SPL & MBIOS). 3) Software version V2_25.09.2012 (P275_HW.V0.1_V3.0_20120921_Indian) is compatible with both (Old and New hardware P275 tabs), will be shared by DVDs and FTP server. 4) If there is no sticker (V5.0BOE) on P275, it means it is old hardware P275 and existing spare part codes would be considered.

    Note:
    You must identify correct HW of Tab P275 before order spares for it, otherwise you may get wrong part delivery, which may increase customer closure TAT.
