Objective:
To obtain specific information on the Internet regarding a computer or its associated
parts

Computer with Internet access

Procedure:
Use the Internet to answer the following questions. Assume that the customer owns a
ASUS Vivo AIO 24 V241 all-in-one computer when answering Questions 1 and 2. Include the
URL/s where you obtained the information.

Questions:
1. A customer owns an ASUS Vivo AIO 24 V241all-in-one computer. Determine the procedure
for accessing the computer’s Setup program. Write the key(s) to press and the URL where you
find this information.
Press F2 or DEL button upon turning on your pc

2. What is the latest BIOS version for the ASUS Vivo AIO 24 V241?
Version 0405 – 2018/10/17

3. A Windows 10 HP computer owner just updated the BIOS, but after the upgrade, the
following message appeared on the screen: Error: CMOS Checksum bad. What should the
customer do next if the BIOS version is already an old version? Provide the URL where you
found the information.
You can first open your BIOS Setting by pressing F2 key on your keyboard or the DEL button.
Second is go to “Exit” Category and click Load Setup Defaults and it will boot your computer
by a default setting.

4. A customer owns a TYAN S7025 (S7025WAGM2NR) (EOL) motherboard. How many and
