The Circuit Attorney of the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, upon information and belief, charges that Count 1: Theft/stealing (value Of Property Or Services Is $500 Or More But Less Than $25,000) (Class C FELONY) RSMo 570.030 FROM 3/13/2013 at 5:00 PM TO 3/13/2013 at 9:00 PM Place: 318 S 16TH ST (SCC 15021) The defendants Princeton White and Blake Noise, in violation of Section 570.030, RSMo, committed the class C felony of stealing, punishable upon conviction under Section 558.011 and 560.011, RSMo, in that on or about March 13, 2013, in the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendants, acting with another, appropriated U.S. currency of a value of at least five hundred dollars, which property was owned by the Office of the Treasurer of the City of St. Louis, and the defendant appropriated such property without the consent of the Office of the Treasurer of the City of St. Louis and with the purpose to deprive it thereof.

PROBABLE CAUSE STATEMENT DATE: April 19, 2013 I, Patrick Drennan, a law enforcement officer for the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, knowing that false statements on this form are punishable by law, state that the facts contained herein are true. 1. I have probable cause to believe that Blake Dorance Noise, a Black Male DOB: XX/XX/91 Age: 22, committed one or more criminal offense(s). The facts supporting this belief are as follows: Defendant was employed as a parking lot attendant for the Treasurers Office of the City of St. Louis. On the above dates, Defendant was assigned to the parking lot at 318 S. 16th Street. Defendant and Princeton White were supposed to give each parker a pass in exchange for $20. At the end of their shift, Defendant and White were supposed to turn all of the money in to the Treasurers Office. Defendant and White were observed taking money from every driver who entered the lot but did not give a pass to each driver. Their conduct was observed by officers conducting surveillance and was captured on video. At the end of their shift, Defendant and White did not turn all of the money in to the Treasurers Office. They took over $500 on each of the above dates without the consent of the Treasurers Office.
