Insp: Pt. is awake, diaphoretic,use of accessory muscle is visible, tachypneic

O2 therapy, monitoring of O2 saturation via pulse oximetry

Difficulty of breath

O2 therapy, aerosol therapy if needed, high back rest position

Pal:Decresed tactile fremitus

Atelectasis

Perc: Hyper resonant

Consolidation

Ausc: Decreased breath sound

Air trapping

Aerosol therapy, lung expansion therapy Plan modification: Move to ICU for close monitoring, lung expansion therapy if tolerated
