    Assessment brief Summary:

    The three HTE industries create an ethical dilemma with the great impact they have on society. An event is a temporary thing but can be a great source of both jobs and environmental waste. So can a hotel, which produces tonnes of waste per day yet promotes tourism and employment. When people travel they impact their destination culturally and economically. Compare contrast and discuss the cultural, economic and environmental impacts of the three HTE industries using one example from each industry to support your argument. Look at the problems, the solutions being attempted, and give recommendations. (Compare: Describe similarities; Contrast: Describe differences; Discuss: Explore solutions by looking at both sides.)
