Risk Assessment: Such risks could be: Tripping over equipment and the photography area especially if in an outdoors environment. Getting lost on the way to the different locations, as not everyone will be familiar with the area. Damages to the photography equipment. Action taken to prevent such risks: All models have my contact details in the case of an emergency, and have been notified about the shoot seven days before hand. The locations have been checked out by myself or by a personal on the behalf of myself before hand, and those who own the building have been notified of my usage. The models have been sent a map with the location of the photo shoot and directions on how to get there. In prevention of tripping over I will be making sure that everyone is aware of the uneven ground outdoors and that they are very sensible during the shoot. In between taking the photographs I will keep all photography equipment together and in my line of site at all time, and as soon as they are not in use they will be put back in their bags.
