Statement: The staples represent hurts and troubles and the correction pen represents new start. In this work, I want to bring out a concept that although we feel upset and hopeless when we meet many troubles or something hurts us, after the tears, blood and sweat, if we stay strong and never give up, there will be a new start and a bright future waiting for us. Reflection: I feel satisfied about this artwork, but I think that there are many places I can improve and learn more, I think I should improve the artwork by doing the things more detail such as the lining of correction pen. I have never tried this kind of artwork that doing experiments on a kind of material before, I found that many materials in our daily life can turn into a great artwork that showing another faces we have never think before. I learned that experiments are important while we are finishing an artwork, through the experiments, we can be more expert about the materials we used and find some new ideas.
