    The essence of the Bhagavad Gita

    This poem is about the realisation of the soul.... by 'experiencing' it, you will manifest yourself until you reach me.

    Do not dispear,

    The soul is separate from the material body,

    Act without attachment, as a sacrifice dedicate your actions to me,

    Reach the transcendental knowledge,

    Obtain peace,

    Meditate, fix your mind on me,

    Only I sow the seed,

    Reach the Supreme,

    You will come back to Me, have faith,

    Only I am,

    Serve me with devotion,
