THE POSSIBLE TRUTH OF HAARP

HAARP is a project located in Alaska that was managed by the Air Force, Navy, ARPA and National Science Foundation (NSF). HAARP is an acronym for "High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program". HAARP is a project that has the goal of studying fundamental physical principles which govern the ionosphere. It is through this region that earth based communications and radar transmissions must travel to reach satellites or to probe solar and planetary bodies, and conversely for radio signals from outside the immediate environment of the earth to reach its surface. Also it is from these ionized layers that radio waves reflect to achieve over the horizon communication and radar systems. This research was been undertaken using high power radio transmitters to probe the overhead ionosphere, combined with a complement of modern scientific diagnostic instruments to investigate the results of the interactions. But whats up with HAARP? A lot of controversies surrounding to HAARP, for example a simple Google search results different links about what is the mystery of HAARP, most of them talks about The Conspiracy Theories. Most of which claim that the device is actually some kind of weather manipulation weapon that can be used to caused earthquakes(for example Chile, Haiti, Japan), tsunamis and alter the weather in order to overthrow nations and with their allies who could be Canada and Russia to conquer the world. Also to see videos about Truth of HAARP, I think that could be true those theories that some people claim, because the only way to get power is to blame nature, so the others countries couldnt blame The American Government. Thus, they would make owners of the world. But these hypotheses could be true or false. Only the time will tell.
