HAARP stands for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program,

it is located in Gakona Alaska, and is said to be the world's most capable

high-power, high-frequency transmitter. The purpose of this program is
said to be for study of the ionosphere.

Haarp was funded by the Air Force and Navy, UAF (The University of
Fairbanks), and DARPA, (The Defense Research Projects Agency.)
The original purpose was to analyze the ionosphere, which plays an
important role in atmospheric electricity, and for the the investigation of
developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio
communications and surveillance.

This is of great concern as civilians in great numbers are reporting being

assaulted with military grade electronic warfare weapons.

DARPA and the Brain Initiative

DARPA has awarded a contract for the third and final phase of its
Advanced RF Mapping program, known as RadioMap, which seeks to
provide real-time awareness of radio spectrum use across frequency,
geography and time. Akin to smartphone maps that show color-coded
current traffic conditions, RadioMap is developing technology that
visually overlays spectrum information on a map enabling rapid
frequency deconfliction and maximizing use of available spectrum for
communications and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR)
systems.

Lockheed Martin Corp. in Manassas, Virginia, was recently awarded an

$11.8 million Phase 3 contract to further develop technology from Phases
1 and 2 into a full system suitable for transition to the military services.
DARPA: The Radio Bio Program
The RadioBio program aims to establish whether functional signaling
via electromagnetic waves between biological cells exists and, if it does,
to determine what mechanisms are involved and what information is
being transferred. The program seeks to determine the validity of
electromagnetic biosignaling claims and, where evidence exists,
understand how the structure and function of these natural “antennas”
are capable of generating and receiving information in a noisy, cluttered
electromagnetic environment.

The first picture is the clouds directly over the house I was staying at in Santa
Ana California after fleeing Alaska to escape the direct energy weapon
attacks, as well as constant break-ins, assaults,truck stolen, vehicle

We can see the concern that individuals had when they stated their opinion
that 5G, Radio Frequencies were related to the coronavirus. Thankfully the
government has assured us that this is not the case. Those stating this opinion
on social media sites have had their accounts removed so they are not able to
spread fear to the population. There is much documentation that the radio
frequencies being used in the 5G roll out do have drastic effects on the health,
but we need not jump to the conclusion that these events are somehow
related.
