3Fire Heart and Small Intestine Sit with soles of feet touching. Hold feet with hands around toes - breathe in and gently bend forward from the waist and hold on the out breath.

Wood Liver and Gall Bladder Sit with legs extended as wide as possible side stretch to left, then repeat to the right side.
