Planking 'Lunges, sit ups and pushups green gram dhal sprout (pasipayaru) coconut oil intake dates

What I do is daily I will take a hand full of green gram dhal (pasipayaru) and s oak it in a closed bowl...in the morning. In the middle of the day drain the wat er and keep the dhal in that bowl after close it tightly. The next day in the mo rning when i open the bowl there is the dhal with small sprouts... :) :).I will eat it first with finely chopped tomato and less fat curd.
