IflNe hereby declare and confirm that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions for the service(s) I facilities, and received a copy of the same and hereby covenant and agree to observe and be bound by the said Terms and Conditions and any changes, supplements or modifications thereto that may be made by the Bank from time to time. IflNe further agree that I/We understand that the Debit Card is not a Credit Card and is only valid for use in Pakistan at designated Points of Sales I ATMs having access to Habib Metropolitan Bank's Debit Card I ATM Service. I further hereby confirm and agree that Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited reserves the right to discontinue the above service(s) at its discretion without prior notice or without assigning any reason thereof. II We hereby understand that II we have applied to HMBgsm Banking System and that II We will receive account information on my lour GSM phone number that II We have specified. II We indemnify that bank completely in all regards to account information being transmitted over the GSM network including, but not limited to my lour account details, being disclosed to others due to me I us specifying an incorrect phone number or misplacing my lour telephone. II we further indemnify that the bank will not be held responsible for any network failure I error by mobile service provider. II we understand that the bank is not liable Iresponsible to the customer for any loss or damage to the customer arising directly or indirectly from any malfunction or failure of the service and for failure to provide any or all services available under HMBgsm banking either fully or partly due to any reasons, beyond the bank's control including any technical malfunction or breakdown of equipment, how so ever caused. II We understand that message will not be delivered if mobile phone is switched off for an extended period. II We authorize the bank to recover all the charges (as mentioned in bank's schedule of charges) related to above services by debiting my lour account periodically. II we understand that the charges for HMBGSM Banking may vary if the messages are sent through roaming service or through foreign networks.
