Each bid shall be accompanied by certified check, bank cashiers check or bid bond payable to Lynn ‘Township in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid as security that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and the performance and payment bonds and proof of insurance shall be required. Lynn Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any bid which, in its judament, is in the best interest of the Township.
