Youll need: Tent, tent back, table, table skirt, 2 pull ups, RTW, upgrade tickets, camera, iPod, appearance box w/prizes, roll banner, hand truck & tool box, extension cord, sound system and speaker stands When you arrive for the event, check in at the security entrance near Chipotle with your ID to get your working passes. Use the hand truck to unload the vehicle and bring it into the Verizon Center. Set up is inside with the tent. Utilize the pull up banners at the outside front corners of the tent. Parking is available in the garage near the Verizon Center or street parking. You will be playing music through the iPod from 7 pm (doors open) and break it down before Fleetwood Mac comes on. You will use the RTW box to give away 3 pairs of upgrade tickets for the Fleetwood Mac Concert. Tickets are NOT for general admission, non-general admission ticket holders. If gen. admission holders come to table, be polite and ask for a picture in front of the BIG100.3 tent. Make sure people entering to win know they only receive TWO tickets if chosen. You will pick 3 winners at 7:40 pm. Notify the winners via text message to pick their tickets up at the tent by 8 pm. Must be 18+ to win. Employees of the venue are not eligible to win. Take lots of photos of listeners getting ready to see Fleetwood Mac. Once youve broken down before Fleetwood Mac goes on, make sure to stay and take photos of the band while theyre on stage. Have fun!

Number of people who came to tent: 100+ Crowd Reaction: -Most people were excited to come to the BIG tent. -Some people were annoyed because could not enter to win upgrade tickets. -People who were in larger groups (>2) did not like the RTW upgrade tickets because they did not want to split up their group. -People were excited to take pictures. -Crowd died down when band came on. RTW Recap: -Bad cell service in Verizon Center. -Not everyone has text messaging. -20 minutes was short notice for people to claim tickets. Other Problems: -None.
