I was having troubles in Processing (I couldnt change the color) so I started to make all the images in Illustrator and save the images individually, then put them into Processing later on. I have changed my topic from focusing on crime rate in relation to race to crime rate difference between state and city, given the difference in urban and suburban areas as well as population density. I also continued to work in Illustrator. I changed the circles from being placed in relation to where they are exactly on the map of the United States to where they are relatively. I removed the map and put all the state circles on a grid, its easier to read now. Visualizing all the data for the population of the states (I have to do all the math for changed the numbers into degrees). Finished up the state circles and changed their proportion based on population number. Working on crime rate for each state. Finished up the state crime circles and changed their proportion based on crime. Starting to visualize the city data. Continuing the city data, changed the title and description, and made the key. Finishing the all the city data and moving the key and description around. Then had to make adjustments to all the data to take into account the outlying data.
