University of St Andrews Students Association Honorary Life Membership Nomination Honorary Life Membership is a gift given by the Students

Association to students in recognition of their efforts and dedication to enhancing the Student Experience in St Andrews. Honorary Life Membership is not something that the Students Association bestows lightly and the Awarding Committee will be looking for evidence that they have shown outstanding ability and determination in their appropriate field (be that in any student activity, a hall committee, representation or student events to name some fields). There are strict criteria on which Honorary Life Memberships are granted: 1) That the nominee is a graduating student. 2) That they made a substantial contribution to: a) One particular activity over a number of academic years; and/or b) A large number of activities in one academic year. 3) That they are in good standing with the Students Association (i.e. they are not currently banned or facing disciplinary action by the Students Association). To nominate a student for Honorary Life Membership please complete the form overleaf, providing as much information as possible (please attach additional sheets of paper to this form as appropriate) Please return this form to Association President Freddie fforde via the General Office on the Middle Floor of the Students Association or by e-mail to union@st-andrews.ac.uk.
