Monte Cristo at Cozumel will look to manage the marketing effort but needs exclusive help to ensure
a successful sales launch.

TARGET MARKET @ AUDIENCE

1. Customers who seek a beachfront vacation home for up to 28 days a year.

2. Corporate clients - Business entities who have five million plus dollars of annual revenue or higher
who can purchase one or more units for their corporate entertaining and/or employee reward
programs for their top performers.

3. Cruise Ship Travelers - Currently 56 cruise ships from 8 different cruise line stop weekly in
Cozumel. Monthly 485,000 people visit Cozumel from these cruise venues. If we can get 1% of these
travelers to stop in our sales office which will be located at the dock were they are deposited then we
will have 4850 people per month visiting our sales office. If we can close 10% of these visitors that
would equal 485 sales pe rmonth and we would sell completely out in 90 days.
