What is your favourite music and why? Snow Patrol... Dam good music. for? I sail for Ireland, my home clubs are Royal Ulster Yacht Club and

has been your career highlight so far? London 2012 Olympic Games

(4)What has been your career low so far? With sailing there's always low and high points in every race.. In the Laser worlds in Korea 2007 I was timed out, so windy and huge waves. Hell!

(5)Who do you share with on team trips and what are they like? I share van/cars trips with anyone! One week I could be with a guy from India, Singapore, USA anywhere really. It's amazing how many people you meet with the same love for sailing as I do!

(6) Who is the worst person to be sat beside on the team bus and why? I'm lucky here, there's a bed in the bed of my van. So if they talking crap I head to sleep.

(7) Who has the worse haircut on the squad and why? Ryan Seaton would be right up there! Trying hard with the boy band look! Tho I'm not much better.
