Grill and Chill is situated in the heart of a semi-urban (1) area near a motorsport academy. It is

As you enter the restaurant, you can see the unique décor. It is a stunning mix of vintage sports
cars, luxury, and modernity. Every table provides a clear view of the chef working in the

When I lost my old phone, I decided to get a new smart phone. The Iphone 11 pro was the one
that caught my eye for a number of reasons.
First of all, I consider this phone to be excellent value for money due to its high storage capacity,
security functions and the quality of the camera. For me, the specs are as good as I would expect
from much more expensive phones. Another reason is that it is small enough to carry in a pocket.
I am not keen on the large screen phones.
However, as far as I am concerned, the best thing about it is how easy it is to operate. Even if
someone is fairly new with a phone, they would have no difficulty using it. Personally, I think that
it suits my needs as I can check my emails, send text messages, listen to music and browse the
Internet.
All things considered, I believe that this phone is the best value phone on the market for its price.
I would recommend it as it seems to be both user-friendly and affordable.

One of my favourite websites is lyricstraining.com. It’s great because you can learn English while you listen
to your favourite songs. You choose a song and then listen to the song and complete the lyrics. Besides,
you can also watch the video of the song.

The good points include the fact that there are lots of up-to-date groups you can listen to such as The
Script or One Direction. In addition, you can choose the level: beginner, intermediate or expert, depending
on your level of English.
Other than that, another good feature is that you can repeat a line of the song as often as you want, until
you know the missing word. On top of that, the website is very easy to navigate and you can listen to
songs in different languages, for instance in Spanish, German and Italian.
However, one of the drawbacks is that some songs aren’t on the website. Another bad point is that there
is a lot of advertising on the website. Nevertheless, you can just ignore it.
To sum up, I think this is an excellent website if you like music and you want to improve your English. You
should check it out!
EXERCISE 4: A MOVIE REVIEW

Skyfall is one of the best action films (1) in recent years. Released in 2012, it stars (2) Daniel Craig as secret agent James
Bond and Spanish actor (3) Javier Bardem in the role (4) of Raoul Silva, the villain in this film.
First thing first, (5) (cohesive device) the plot involves genius computer hacker who is an ex-spy. He wants to take
revenge (6) on the organisation he used to work for and the main character (7) James Bond has to prevent this from

scenes (9) as Bond chases the hacker around the world. Can he stop him from it is too late?

EXERCISE 5: A SONG REVIEW- Write a review about a song that you have listened recently. What it
was about and what is the genre of the song? Would you recommend the song to your friends?

Is there anything more universal these days than the adolescent yearning to fit in? To be … cool?

Released in 2013, “Cool Kids” was a serious chart topper (1) the following year, ultimately being on number
13 on the Billboards Hot 100. The track is from Echosmith’s debut (2) album, which means they will have
much more in store for the next few albums if they continue to make music.
The song is simple, and it is about someone who wants to fit in with the cool kids. Personally
(3) (useful phrase) , I can see how the song got so popular, as it is related to the “loner kids” who do not
exactly fit into set social groups in school. Although (4) (cohesive device) the lyrics is simple, it is actually
worth listening to. It is definitely a catchy track. I caught myself singing along to it in the car, or
hum it at my desk without me even realizing it.

in this song. Nevertheless, I would say “Cool Kids” is a bit more pop than indie, with its auto-tone singing,

to indie music, though bluntly.
Echosmith’s “Cool Kids” is definitely a great song, relatable and catchy track. I would
