Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients: 70g plain sweet biscuits (8 Arnotts Arrowroot biscuits) 2 teaspoons cocoa 1 tablespoon coconut 2 teaspoons crushed nuts 1/3 cup condensed milk cup coconut (extra for rolling) Method: 1) Crush biscuits by rolling with a rolling pin in a freezer bag on tray 2) Combine cocoa, nuts and coconut in a bowl. Add biscuits 3) Stir in condensed milk 4) Take a teaspoon of mixture, roll in a ball then roll in extra coconut. Serve
