In this document we have discussed about the car parking management system.

We have mainly given our attention towards UML collaboration that is used in the application particular. We have divided this system to further two subsystems.

1- Car Parking and Car identification System

This module of the system is specific to the car parking system, like when a car enters from entrance point it will be recognized by camera and by person that if he has reservation and registered as well. And these systems will allot the space to the car to park.

Car parking system is composed of parking places. Each place is having a unique identification by its id number. A car will be parked in the identified place in the parking slot. A car could only enter from entrance if the employee is registered and he has reservation. The car is identified by the camera system that is outside at the entrance point. There are four parts of this system those are,

When a car enters from the entrance point, camera checks the plate number and send query to the computer after reading its registration number. It also keeps record that is car leaves or has not come after reservation. When a person is registered and has slot of parking but has not registered then the number of parking slot it decreased by one. Fourth component is collaboration with the system admin to see the charges and send emails notification and deducting charges of parking from the employee salary and then prepare readable report of charges as well.

2- Car Parking reservation and registration system

This module of the system is particular to registration system that an employee himself or the admin can register to the employee and send particular feedback messages to employees like when the weekly booking is getting expired. Admin will also send notifications and also deduct the charges from employee salary and will send the report of deduction in readable document.
