    The University of Queensland's School of Economics offers scholarships for outstanding Vietnamese students seeking to study economics.     - Mai Phuong Nguyen (Bachelor of Economics) The University of Queenslands School of Economics offers scholarships for outstanding Vietnamese students seeking entry into an undergraduate or coursework masters program in economics. They cover up to 100% of tuition fees and are awarded on a competitive basis. Previous study in economics or work experience is not required. These scholarships do not include living expenses incurred while studying at UQ, travel expenses or overseas health cover.     Academic Criteria* *Academic criteria may be subject to change Graduated from a recognised gifted school with a year 12 average grade of 8.0 or above on a 10 point scale. Students must have successfully completed advanced mathematics (including calculus) or; Successful completion of the first year of tertiary study with a grade point average of at least 8 out of 10 on the Vietnamese grading scale. English Language Proficiency IELTS of 6.5 overall with a 6 in all other sub brands, or internet based TOEFL minimum overall score of 90 with: 21 writing; 20 reading; 20 speaking; 20 listening.
