n the status of the payment scheme is changed to Cancelled. When the Final bill is generated, PS status is changed to Deactivated. When the final bill is reversed, PS status is changed to Cancelled. When the move-out is reversed, PS status is changed to Deactivated (MR). When the move-out date is changed, there is no change in the status of PS.

PS line items status: When the customer moves out, the PS request line items after the move-out date are got reversed. When the final bill is generated, all the open PS request line items are got reversed by the final bill. When the Final bill is reversed, the PS request line items reversed by final bill again become open. When the move-out date is changed by a future date, the PS request line items having due date before the new move-out date and after the old move-out date now become open again.

Auto Transfer posting: When the moveout happens the payment scheme items after the move out date are reversed and the items before the move out date will remain intact with clearing restriction R on the main line items, now when we reverse the move out these line items will be deleated and clearing restriction R is removed and allows transfer posting. When the customer moves out it automatically generates final bill ,so all the open PS request line items are got reversed by the final bill. When the Final bill is reversed, the PS request line items having due dates before the move-out date and which earlier got reversed by final bill, become open again. And the line items having due dates after the move-out date remain reversed. When the move-out date is changed and the PS is in Cancelled status, the PS status is changed to Deactivated as final is generated automatically with the change in move-out date.
