IPad/iPod Touch Usage Agreement Mrs.

Henrys Classes 2011-2012 School Year

I, __________________________________, agree to follow the following rules when using the iPad or iPod Touch in class: 1) I will only use the app(s) designated by Mrs. Henry and only during the specified time in class. 2) I will not change any setting on the iPad or Mrs. Henrys iPod Touch.

3) If I do not follow the above rules for iPad and iPod Touch use in this class, I will lose the privilege to use the iPad and iPod Touch in Mrs. Henrys classroom for the remainder of the school year. I may also face other disciplinary action.
