DWH Business Engineering Assist Business with Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and translate DWH rela ted

business requirements into detailed system/ functional requirement specifica tions (FSD) and traceability matrix Develop high level DWH design specifications Develop Use Cases & assist in User workshops on an international level Maintain up-to-date development roadmap and documentation for the assigned proje ct component Act as single point of contact for all issues and questions related to the assig ned project component Manage requirements lifecycle with tool support Assist in designing test strategy, test plans and test cases Provide support to the users and assist other IT teams on critical issues and pa rticipate in IT taskforces Publish and maintain project documentation in accordance to Corporate Quality an d Process definitions including but not limited to CMMi Level 3 standards Relationship Management to Users and IT Facilitate resolution of functional points of contention between users and IT Understand user needs and advise them on the best way to get these needs met Processes Support the Project Manager and business to clarify requirements and scope Moderate requirements gathering drives and workshops on a global scale Elicit and manage requirements in a structured manner Provide status updates and reports from the functional stream to project managem ent To execute functional impact analysis on change requests and their impact on tes t cases Possess a degree in either Finance, Business Administration or IT Min 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with DWH or BI implementation projects Min 3-5 years of experience in banking sector (as BA), preferably in Private Ban king Good knowledge about (private) banking business and MIS Ability to pro-actively interact with other Business Engineers, Data Modellers a nd Business Users to understand and design technical solutions based on user req uirements and offer recommendations/alternatives Possess an excellent understanding of DWH database design, architecture and data modelling
