When talking about 5th bhava regarding progeny, ..the potential to procreate is lagna-dependent, since it depends on individuals potential through his/her cells and organs and mind .once conception begins, its a separate life, hence becomes non-lagna dependent... so before conception, its lagna-dependent after conception, its non-lagna dependent. If the fate of the main Bhava is not favourable but the Karaka and prevailing Dasa Bhukthi are for the event, then these two can act overruling the fate and the event can happen during this favorable Dasa Bhukthi but with lot of struggle . At the time actual event, if the concerned bhava is favourable to the matter, it is enough. If the Dasa Bhukthi Anthara shows unfavourable links, then the matter will happen with many problems .
