Directions: Students complete one book review for each the four required summer books. Ten book reviews
must be completed in order to receive the additional awards. Reports may be dropped off at school between 8
am and 12 pm over the summer, or they may be turned in at the beginning of the school year.
1. What is the title of the book? (Remember: We always underline the title, and capitalize the first letter of
the first word and all of the words, EXCEPT for the following: conjunctions: and, or and but; articles: a,
an and the; and prepositions: for, of, to, by, on, etc.). Note: When the or a is the first word in the
title, it is always capitalized.
