Invitations to Conference/Transition Plan

Introduction:
Parents are required to receive written notification of an IEP meeting and required to be notified that they may bring other individuals to the meeting as well. This Module will provide you with directions on how to complete the forms that are necessary by law.

You will learn how to complete a Parent Invitation to Conference You will learn how to complete a Student Invitation to Conference You will learn when a student should and should not receive a Student Invitation to Conference You will learn how to complete a Transition Plan You will learn who needs a Transition Plan added to their IEP and When You will learn what parts of the Transition Plan are required dependent on the student's age

Timeline:
All assignments for Module 2 should be completed by the end of the 3rd week of the course session.
