Thank you for your response to our preliminary consultation relating to the above proposal. It is noted that towards the end of the pre-order consultation period some correspondents have submitted addendums to earlier responses. It is also noted that some responses were received by the Council after the suggested closing date. I can confirm, however, that all responses received to date have and will be considered as part of the Council's process. Your comments have been noted and will be incorporated in the officer report that will contain the recommendation as to whether or not the authority should exercise the powers to make a rail crossing order.
