My Self-Assessment The first test that I took was Whats my basic personality? My scores show that I am an Extrovert, Agreeable, Conscientious, Emotional Stable, and Open to experiences. The results were accurate and I agree with them because that is how my life is and has turned out. My next Assessment was my Locus of Control. I scored a Six, which says that I have at least moderate Internal Locus of Control in my ultimate frame of fate. I do believe that we all have at least some parts in deciding our fate. To me, it seems to be more a matter of trusting and accepting matters I cant control and seeing that a force greater than myself might actually know whats best for me. Another assessment was Whats my attitude toward Achievement The test showed that I favored successful people being rewarded more than watching them fall. I am up and down on this one. People who worked their way to get to where they are deserved as much as the person they also help to get to that same plateau. If they were born with a silver spoon in their mouth or they stepped on people to get to where they are should fail as badly as they succeed. The next assessment is what motivates me and my scores match up as 18 for growth needs, 14 for relatedness needs, and 11 for existence needs. It explains that my growth is unsatisfied; my relatedness still needs more work while my existence is satisfied. The things that I have gone through in my life have left me with this thirst to prove myself. To whom I need to prove to now reside in proving to myself. In the next quiz What is my decision-making style my style is more of a conceptual style, where my decision making skills are more of logical, efficient and in a rapid format. Finally, my last assessment revealed that Im a very flexible person, especially in environments that normally would cause others to be nervous. Its interesting that in those conditions, I excel the most.
